The Nike Air Force 1 was designed by Bruce Kilgore and released in 1982. The AF1 was the first basketball sneaker to bear the Swoosh brand's revolutionary Air-Sole cushioning. This rendition from 1999 features a primarily black upper with Cool Grey accents. The shoe reprises key features from the original model, including an adjustable ankle strap and the classic Air-cushioned system below.
