The Nike Air Footscape originally released in 1996 as a performance running shoe, with each element of the sneaker corresponding to parts of the human foot. A 2015 release, the Air Footscape Magista 'Team Red' is a lifestyle model that mixes in soccer cleat influence. The Flyknit upper features a high collar with pads on the ankle bone area, an asymmetrical lacing system and a sock-like fit. Below, a Phylon midsole adds cushion above a flexible waffle outsole.
