Photographer Andreas Gursky is known for his macro imagery, capturing architecture and landscapes from elevated, panoramic vantage points. In 1998, Gursky served as the center of an exhibition chronicling his singular style, consisting of photos taken between January 1994 and December 1997. The retrospective traveled to galleries across Germany, Italy, the UK and Portugal. This hardcover catalog book, produced as a companion to the event, contains several of Gursky's large-scale works alongside text in English and German.
