In an effort to increase their sustainable production methods and reduce their carbon footprint, Nike released the Wmns Air Max 95 'Plant Color Collection' in April 2019. The textile upper is constructed with the silhouette’s trademark wavy overlays, tinted with plant-based dyes. Terry cloth lines the interior for lightweight comfort. A sculpted rubber outsole houses a visible Max Air unit in the heel and forefoot to complete the look.
