Metcon 6 'Black White'

The Nike Metcon 6 ‘Black White’ dresses the performance training shoe in an entirely neutral color palette. A gradient blend of white and grey is applied to the open mesh upper, offering 18% more breathability than the Metcon 5. A drop-in polyurethane midsole features firmer and more secure foam under the heel and softer foam in the forefoot for impact protection. Underfoot, the Metcon’s signature rubber outsole wraps up the sidewalls to provide added grip during rope climbs.
