For the adidas 'MakerLab' project released in October 2019, Helen Kirkum deconstructed the Campus 80s in the manner of her signature collagist style. The limited-edition sneaker is designed with a suede and leather upper replete with partially removed Three-Stripes, sizing on the toe and a branded tongue panel on the medial. A removable heel piece carries the artist's name. Its rubber cupsole is frayed around the edges.
