Nike released the Air Max 97 SE GS 'Metallic Silver Bronze' for grade school kids in November 2018, reimagining the Christian Tresser classic with gleaming detail that evokes its various inspirations. Taking cues from Japanese bullet trains and ripples of water, he applied wavy overlays to provide streamlined support and a fluid, aerodynamic look. Also taken with the metal-on-metal look of popular mountain bikes, he put a shimmering finish on the sneaker, similar to this kids' version.
