Designed by Sergio Lozano, the Nike Air Max 96 inherits iconic elements of the brand's classic runners. This iteration holds a mesh and leather upper detailed with two-tone Swooshes, individual eyestays and a retro logo on the heel. Reflective piping increases low-light visibility. Visible Max Air bubbles located at the forefoot and heel of the midsole and a rubber waffle outsole are borrowed from the Air Max 95.
