Created by legendary Nike designer Tinker Hatfield and originally released in 1987, the Nike Air Max 1 has seen countless iterations and become a classic. A 2010 version of the AM1, the Nike Air Max 1 Premium 'Crepe' has a jet-black colorway, with a pony hair Swoosh on the side panel, leather overlays and a visible Max Air unit in the heel. This design eschews the usual rubber outsole in exchange for a crepe version.
