Limited to 4,500 pairs worldwide, the Nike Zoom LeBron 4 ‘China’ comes packaged in an elaborate gold-studded box inspired by the front gate of the Forbidden City in Beijing. The shoe itself is executed with a red Foamposite upper and a white Phylon wrap at the base, with gold accents and a red rubber outsole. The mesh inner bootie design is supported by a full-length, fully articulated Zoom Air insole. Predominantly sold in Asia, the shoe had an extremely limited US release at LeBron pop-up retail store in Soho, New York, in November 2006.
