The Stone Island x New Balance FuelCell RC Elite v2 ‘White’ kicks off a long-term creative partnership between the Italian menswear label and American sportswear brand. The performance running shoe is benefited by a full-length carbon fiber plate and a propulsive FuelCell Foam midsole, its textured sidewalls rendered in a subtle cream finish. The neutral hue is repeated on the upper, featuring tearaway detailing that reveals an ultra-breathable mesh underlay with mismatched branding atop the vamp. Stone Island’s red compass logo adorns the left shoe, while a color-matched New Balance logo decorates the right. The asymmetrical theme continues on each corresponding tongue, inscribed with crimson-colored text that reads ‘Stone Island Product Research’ and ‘Tokyo Design Studio.’
