The Serena Williams Design Crew, composed of ten up-and-coming designers, unveils the Nike Women's Air Max 1 'Los Angeles.' Paying tribute to the tennis great's hometown, the shoe sports a light beige mesh upper with a tonal midfoot leather overlay. A pale pink hue covers the signature Swoosh and suede mudguard, enlivened with decorative embroidery. 'Los Angeles' is inscribed in cursive script on the crushed velvet sockliner. Additional flourishes include rose gold lace dubrae and Serena William's personal logo on the back heel. Lightweight cushioning comes courtesy of a polyurethane midsole with a visible Nike Air unit in the heel.
