The adidas NMD_R1 ‘Hong Kong’ takes inspiration from the city at night, featuring a black knit upper and a contrasting pop of red on the midsole plug embedded in the full-length Boost midsole. In a nod to Hong Kong’s bright lights, the shoe’s laces and welded Three-Stripes are coated in adidas’ XENO technology, which exposes a rainbow spectrum of colors when exposed to light.
