This Quickstrike colorway pays tribute to long-distance runner Kenny Moore and his role as a product tester for Nike co-founder Bill Bowerman. Based on one of Bowerman’s hand-cobbled Cortez prototypes, the shoe features a white leather upper with a handwritten ‘MOORE’ on the side panels. It also comes with debossed Nike branding on the heel, and an Off-White and Terra Orange midsole. Released in August 2017, the Cortez ‘Kenny Moore Collection’ also included ‘Varsity Royal’ and ‘Tour Yellow’ colorways.
