The Donald Glover x Nizza 'Blank Canvas' came out of the partnership between adidas and rapper/actor Donald Glover, and was released at 2019's Coachella festival. According to interviews, Glover intentionally chose a light, easily strained color for this iteration, encouraging the wearer to "get them dirty in your own way." The upper's deconstructed canvas, imperfect stitching and imperfect Three-Stripes also represent Glover's idea of celebrating how wear and tear can tell a story.
