Bill Bowerman, head designer and co-founder of Nike, designed the Cortez sneaker that released in 1972. The Nike Classic Cortez Leather Premium sneaker revisits the long-distance runner with a Midnight Navy colorway. This 2016 rendition reprises the original's EVA foam midsole and herringbone tread.
