In January 2019, Japanese label A Bathing Ape released the Bapesta Low 'White Shark Face,' a low top silhouette featuring the brand's famous Shark Face theme. Inspired by Nike's Air Force 1, the upper comes in a shiny white patent leather, with the tooth-bearing shark in red, black and white. The midpanel also bears the label's star logo, and details such as a perforated toe box and branded metal dubrae add finishing touches.
