The 2025 edition of the Nike Air Griffey Max 1 'Black Freshwater' revives an OG colorway of Ken Griffey Jr.'s debut signature shoe. Junior's jersey number adorns an adjustable ankle strap, which combines with traditional lace closure to secure an upper crafted from teal-colored leather with black suede overlays. A white Swoosh adorns the lateral forefoot, while a vertical white Swoosh outlined in crimson trim graces the back heel. Anchoring the sneaker is a black foam midsole with visible Max Air units for lightweight cushioning.
