In Game 4 of the 2004 NBA Finals, Rasheed Wallace was elbowed in the chest by Lakers forward Slava Medvedenko, a ‘rude awakening’ that spurred him and the Detroit Pistons to the verge of an NBA title. The 2018 Nike Air Force 1 High Sheed ‘Rude Awakening’ pays tribute to that game, sporting a white patent leather upper with Blue Jay accents on the Swoosh, midsole and heel patch. It also features Wallace’s signature fadeaway silhouette embroidered on the lateral heel. The shoe released with two sets of ankle straps, one in white and one in Blue Jay.
