Unveiled in November 2019, the ASICS Gel Lyte 5 draws inspiration from the iconic toy franchise, Transformers. The special-edition sneaker assumes a grey mesh upper, two-tone stripe overlays and leather reinforcements. While robot logos are debossed on the lace covers, multi-color panels resembling Bumblebee and Optimus Prime are attached to the heel. A white Gel-cushioned midsole and contrasting rubber outsole are set below.
