The adidas NMD_R1 V2 ‘Tokyo Nights’ features a design inspired by the bright lights of Japan’s capital city. The lifestyle runner sports a black knit upper, accented with three-stripe detailing in contrasting yellow, aqua and pink tones. The same hues are repeated on the printed tongue tag and color-blocked Boost midsole, the latter stabilized with dual EVA plugs on the lateral sidewall. ‘Tokyo’ is printed in gold Japanese lettering on the forefoot plug.
