The Nike Air Tech Challenge 2 'Back to the US Open' draws inspiration from the Nike Mag, the futuristic self-lacing shoe immortalized in the classic film 'Back to the Future Part 2.' The classic tennis shoe made famous by Andre Agassi makes use of a Photon Dust leather upper with a white Swoosh and paint splatter graphics in teal. Nike Air branding decorates the back heel. Speckled detailing covers the lightweight polyurethane midsole, fitted with an exposed Air-Sole unit in the heel and supported underfoot by a translucent rubber outsole.
