The KD 7 'Wild West' features a Pure Platinum mesh upper with perforations throughout, a Wolf Grey midsole, and metallic silver accents on both sides and on the midfoot strap. The sneaker also boasts a Hyperposite heel, orange accents above the Air unit, and a psychedelic pattern inside the Swoosh branding on the side.
