The grade-school edition of the Air Max Plus features a tonal burgundy throughout its design, with a black gradient effect on the palm tree-inspired TPU overlay. Black also appears on the midfoot shank, while hits of contrasting color arrive via the Tuned Air branding on the midsole and heel, as well as a white Swoosh on the side. 3M reflective detailing is included throughout the shoe, having previously been limited to the heel, and visible Air Max units deliver a cushioned ride.
