On of the collab releases of the 'Optical Force' pack introduced in September 2008, the Air Force 1 Low Supreme I/O 'Slam Jam' reimagines the iconic hoops icon in crinkled patent leather. A premium white leather Swoosh, mesh-lined collar and outsole round out the old-school look inspired by Bruce Kilgore's 1983 low-cut version of the 1982 Air Force 1 High—the first basketball shoe with Air cushioning. After its success on the hardwood, the AF1 Low went on to influence culture and fashion.
