As one of the first basketball sneakers featuring a Nike Air unit, the Air Force 1 was released in 1982 with a loaded slogan to live by: “Air in a box.” Since then, Nike has taken to giving the classic silhouette many color revamps. The 2014 Air Force 1 Low features a dark Magnet Grey suede upper with perforations on the toe box and Magnet Grey suede overlays. The low top also sports a padded nylon inner lining for comfort and the classic encapsulated Air unit in the midsole.
