When the Nike Air Force 1 was introduced in 1982, it was the first hardwood shoe to use the Swoosh brand's Air cushioning. The 2004 Nike Air Force 1 High 'Grey One' continues the tradition of Bruce Kilgore's iconic design in three grey hues: Medium Grey, Soft Grey and Sterling. The shoe reprises the original's ankle strap, toe box perforations, Air-Sole cushioning and rubber sole.
