Streetwear pioneer Shinsuke “Shin” Takizawa founded NEIGHBORHOOD in Harajuku, Tokyo in 1994. The label’s signature aesthetic is realized through a melting pot of cultural influences, from rock ‘n’ roll and punk to motorcycles and Americana.
