Created in 2003, Y-3 is a collaborative project between adidas and Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto. The Yohji Run combines Yamamoto’s design flare with adidas’s innovative running technology. It is constructed with a breathable textile upper with a suede tongue and heel cap embossed with the Y-3 logo. The sneaker employs adidas Boost technology in the midsole and the outsole provides a flash of orange rubber.
