Nike’s Mercurial soccer cleat made its debut in 1998. The Mercurial Superfly version features a dynamic fit collar, a Flyknit construction, and a Nike Grip System for a sock-like, lockdown fit. The cleat also includes All Conditions Control technology to aid control in wet and dry conditions. This ‘What The’ model, inspired by the mash-up concept introduced by Nike SB in 2007, blends 16 of Nike’s most memorable Mercurial designs into one 18 color design. A limited run of 3,000 pairs, the ‘What The’ Mercurials also include a special custom insole and Volt carry bag listing the models that inspired the look.
