The Nike Zoom LeBron 5 'Fairfax' is a player exclusive sneaker for Fairfax High School in Los Angeles. Dressed in a colorway of black, Varsity Maize and Varsity Red, this shoe was designed by Ken Link and released in 2008. It features James' Nike logo on the tongue, a glossy red leather midfoot strap with the Nike Swoosh in yellow, and 'Fairfax' written above the ankle. Most of its premium upper is black with stitching and additional James branding in yellow. Nike's Phyposite endoskeleton, a combination of Foamposite and Phylon, promotes a durable, strong fit.
