In 2018, adidas teamed up with Belgian designer to create the Raf Simons x Stan Smith 'Solar Yellow,' which sees the famous Stan Smith silhouette draped in an eye-catching yellow from the leather upper all the way down to the rubber outsole. Simons' perforated 'R' lands on the midpanel where the Three-Stripes are usually found. The insole, tongue and heel all feature a combination of Simons' and adidas' branding to top off the look.
