Wanting to create a shoe that was distinctly different from the #44 Deck Shoe, now known as the Authentic, Paul Van Doren drew what he referred to as the ‘jazz stripe.’ That stripe became the Vans sidestripe, a signature detail of the iconic Vans Old Skool sneaker. This low-top shoe is dressed in a bright Ochre colorway with contrasting True White accents. The suede and canvas upper is supported by its padded collar, above and cushioned footbed, below.
