In September 2016, adidas introduced the first completely blacked-out NMD R1, the NMD R1 ‘Triple Black.’ After its success, adidas returned with the NMD R1 'Triple Black Reflective.' It’s another all-black affair, but this time with an upper made from a ribbed, textured composition with a slick stretch mesh material. The NMD R1 'Triple Black Reflective’ was released on March 16, 2017.
