The ninth edition of LeBron James’ signature collection with Nike, the Jason Petrie-designed LeBron 9 'Black White Red' sneaker was released in October 2011. The upper consists of a winged collar with woven panels. Flywire cables at forefoot integrate into laces for increased stability. 180 degrees of visible Max Air cushioning is inserted into the sole. This version is finished with the Miami Heat’s away color scheme.
