Developed in partnership with Jun Takahashi’s running club, the Gyakusou x Nike ZoomX Vaporfly NEXT% ‘Midnight Spruce Burgundy’ updates the performance silhouette with reduced weight, more cushioning and a distinctive palette made up of rich earth tones. The breathable VaporWeave upper is fortified with no-sew overlays in contrasting dark teal and burgundy hues. ‘Gyakusou International Running Association’ is inscribed on the lateral forefoot. Responsive cushioning arrives via a ZoomX foam midsole, enhanced with a carbon fiber spring plate for improved energy return. Underfoot, flex grooves in the durable rubber outsole delivers multi-surface traction.
