Maxfield opened its doors in posh Los Angeles in the ’70s, but a change in creative direction came with a rejuvenated and more collaborative space. Jerry Lorenzo’s Fear of God kicked off the revamp with a pop-up series in the new space. Outside of the clothing was a black Vans slip-on with a Velcro strap. Limited to 50 pairs, the shoe also features a white sole and contrast stitching.
