Drawing inspiration from the United States Mint, the Concepts x 998 ‘Mint’ sports a primarily green colorway—a color synonymous with money in the US. A collaboration between New Balance 998 and Boston-based sneaker boutique Concepts, the sneaker is built with a supple suede application throughout the upper. The shoe is also equipped with a fleece liner for comfort, while the insoles feature a custom Concepts logo that mirrors the look of a stamp. Pops of orange provide contrast on the tongue, midsole and heel.
