Spring of 2018 saw Nike applying a Splatter treatment to a number of Air Max silhouettes, including this Wmns Air Max 97 Ultra ’17 ‘Splatter’ sneaker. The upper explodes with black, white and Vast Gray in a random pattern, before a smooth black mudguard overlay grounds the look. A cutout reveals a small black Swoosh just above the black midsole and outsole, which houses a full-length Max Air unit.
