First seen in 1990, Tinker Hatfield’s Air Jordan 5 was designed with shark teeth accents on the midsole, inspired by WWII planes, a nod to Michael Jordan’s aggressive playing style during his 1989–1990 season. In this low-top kids’ iteration, an all-white leather upper is decorated with mesh paneling, avisible air unit at the heel, and an icy blue translucent outsole.
