First released in 1969, the adidas Superstar was first a basketball shoe, then in the 80s it was a hip-hop style go-to, and now it comes in a skate-influenced version in the adidas Superstar Vulc ADV. This lightweight and streamlined version of the sneaker has a leather and synthetic upper with extra cushioning in the heel, a grippy Vector Traction outsole and, of course, the iconic shell toe up front.
