Packer Shoes teamed up with J.Crew and ASICS to celebrate the 110th anniversary of Packer Shoes’ original store in Yonkers, New York, with a limited edition four-pack of Gel Lyte 3s in September 2017. Dubbed the ‘1907 Collection Navy,’ this Gel Lyte 3 takes inspiration from the navy buck, suede buckskin and red rubber-soled shoe that was popular with students in the 1950s. It features a navy suede upper with tan leather at the heel, lining and Packer-branded tongue patch. It also comes with Off-White leather at the split tongue and an all-red sole unit with Gel cushioning.
