Air Max 1 'Pure Platinum'

A prevalent detail on retros of the Air Max 1s in the early 2000s is the mini-Swoosh on the toe. On the newest batch of Air Max 1 retros, the mini-Swoosh is back. This colorway features a black stitched mini-Swoosh on top of a simple Pure Platinum mesh-and-suede upper for a heritage appeal. Originally designed by Tinker Hatfield in 1987, the shoe was the first in the Air Max series to feature a visible sole unit, which has since become a staple of the design.
