A new-and-improved version the original AM97, Nike showed off the women’s Air Max 97 Ultra 17 with this special edition ’Iridescent' colorway in December 2018. The design’s wavy upper features blue and green taped tracks in place of traditional embroidery as well as a pearlized mudguard wrap. The shimmering upper sits atop a matching midsole with a full-length visible Max Air unit and black rubber outsole.
