Launched in December 2018 with a nocturnal vibe, the Nike Wmns Air Max 1 'Stealth Black' reinvents the 1987 original with updated materials in a stealthy colorway. This iteration features a refined finish accomplished through patent-leather at the upper eyestay, Swoosh logo and midfoot overlay. Mesh, leather and a foam midsole with visible Air Sole unit complete the design, adhering to the first version as imagined by Tinker Hatfield after visiting the Pompidou Centre in Paris.
