In designing the Nike Air Huarache Run, originally released in 1991, Tinker Hatfield wanted to create a revolutionary running shoe that was lightweight and stripped-down, to the extent that even the signature Swoosh was deemed inessential. This women’s Air Huarache Run goes a step further and removes any trace of color, resulting in a monochromatic white design throughout the upper and midsole.
