In February of 2016, adidas dropped their second pair of NMD Primeknit R1s. The NMD R1 PK 'Gold' silhouettes would move away from the monochrome colorway seen on the first Primeknit R1s and adopt the glitch-like Primeknit shifts. This pattern would come in a black and vibrant yellow colorway with specks of white peeking through.
