Nike and LeBron James celebrated Black History Month 2012 with an exclusive colorway on LeBron’s ninth signature shoe. The sneaker features a grayscale makeup throughout, with a unique print on the tongue, sockliner and upper eyelets that provide a colorful pop. The shoe incorporates Hyperposite panels for strategic forefoot support, while the Flywire cables on the eyelets help create a locked-down fit. A combination of Max Air and Nike Zoom technologies are included in the midsole.
