Nike designer Jason Petrie and his team created an innovative version of Flyknit for this shoe to give LBJ more structure and style on the court, called Battleknit. A bootie construction produces a glove-like fit while the updated upper adds protection. Underneath, Max Air in the heel and Zoom Air in the forefoot promise a responsive ride.
