The Jordan Mars 270 'Shattered Backboard' is a hybrid sneaker that pays homage to a backboard-breaking dunk by Michael Jordan during a 1985 exhibition game in Italy. Released in September 2019 and presented in black, Reflect Silver and Starfish, the shoe incorporates design nods to the Air Jordan 1, 4, 5 and 6. It features a leather upper, prominent Jumpman and Nike branding, a molded heel tab and netting on the side panel. Rounding out the look is a 270-degree Air unit and a milky outsole.
